This class demonstrates the start to finish process of all things royal icing. You will begin this workshop by learning how to make royal icing with step by step recipe demonstration. In addition, you will discover how to properly store it, bag it, color it, and dilute it to achieve four different common consistencies used by cookie decorators. I will also share some helpful tips about which consistencies are best used to achieve different designs. I will review florals, lettering, outlining and filling. We will also navigate some icing troubleshooting "fails", ensuring that you are really comprehending what each consistency is best intended for.
