This intermediate level online class is full of a variety of royal icing skills from outlining and flooding, to adding small piped details, creating royal icing transfers, and using a piping tip to create some 3D components.
Basic royal icing experience and knowledge of consistencies is helpful for this class. I do provide recipe and overview of how to prepare royal icing. I also include a color and consistency reference in written and video form.
The online class is just under 2.5 hours and is yours to keep forever. As much as I love in person classes, those sadly come to an end and tips/techniques can be forgotten over time. The benefits of online classes is that you have them to refer back to at ANY time and you’re also able to work at your own pace.
